Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: CHANGE OF USE: The development will consist of the change of use of an existing café for use as a music suite and performance space within an existing single-storey extension to the rear of Purcell House. The works will include (1) minor amendments to the internal arrangement to suit the proposed new use; (2) the replacement of existing external windows and doors; (3) the construction of a new canopy to the southwest elevation; (4) the enlargement and reconfiguration of an existing raised terrace on the southwest elevation to facilitate accessibility improvements and (5) the installation of way-finding signage relating to the proposed new use. All Hallows Campus is the historical demesne of Drumcondra House, a Protected Structure (RPS Ref 3237).
