The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: (c) Detailed drawings shall be submitted accompanied with cross referenced photographs for all conservation / repair works to the fabric of the principal facades of Nos. 4 & 5 Grafton Street, following inspection at close quarters when the scaffolding is in place.
