2. The proposed mezzanine perforated garden deck over the boiler house shall be omitted from the development. An escape stairs only to the rear garden shall be provided similar to that approved to the rear of No. 37 Charles Street Great under 3590/18 (ABP ref: ABP-302739-18). Prior to the commencement of development revised plans to indicate these changes shall be submitted for written agreement with the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of privacy and amenity.
