24. The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: n) No vehicular access via the temporary access road from Southbank Road to the temporary Transportation Hub is permitted. A Management Plan for the temporary Transportation Hub shall be submitted prior to occupation commencement of the development for the written agreement of the Planning Authority.
