2. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised drawing for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing the proposed driveway entrance relocated as close as possible to the boundary with No. 8 Whitworth Road to the eastern boundary wall. The entrance shall have a maximum width of 3.0m and shall not have outward opening gates.
