Description

The development will consist of: (i) the proposed demolition of a non-original front two-storey porch structure; (ii) the proposed demolition of the rear 2-storey return and side shed structure; (iii) the proposed construction of a part single, part two-storey front and side extension; (iv) the proposed construction of a part single, part two-storey rear extension with enclosed private rooftop terrace; (v) the provision of a 2 no. parking spaces and bin storage structure to the front of the dwelling; (vi) the provision of a new front boundary wall with proposed vehicular and pedestrian gates; and (vii) permission is also sought for all associated site and infrastructural works, inclusive of boundary treatments, landscaping and SuDS drainage, necessary to facilitate the development.
