Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the change of use of an existing café for use as a music suite and performance space within an existing single-storey extension to the rear of Purcell House. The works will include (1) minor amendments to the internal arrangement to suit the proposed new use; (2) the replacement of existing external windows and doors with new; (3) the construction of a new canopy to the southwest elevation; (4) the enlargement and reconfiguration of an existing raised terrace on the southwest elevation to facilitate accessibility improvements and (5) signage relating to the proposed new use. All Hallows Campus is the historical demesne of Drumcondra House, a Protected Structure (RPS Ref 3237).
