EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: No works to the existing structure are proposed. It is proposed to place display furniture in the basement of the building. The display furniture will be essentially free standing or loose furniture. The purpose is to create an area where the applicant can display/ show clients the products and ranges available. The products are household fitout units and furniture. Examples are kitchen units, wardrobes, shelving, tables, chairs etc. This is ancillary to the applicant's business on the upper floors. The basement will not be open to the public.
