4. (a) The ‘Guinness’ Sign to the top of the Flaking Plant on the north façade shall be salvaged during demolition of the Flaking Plant building and shall be repurposed within Diageo lands at St. James’s Gate. The location and use of the sign shall be agreed in writing by the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
