Description

The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing single-storey rear extension; 2. Demolition of existing block shed in the back garden; 3. Construction of a two-storey flat roof rear extension consisting of a kitchen, dining and lounge at ground floor and a bedroom at first floor. 4. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling at both floors levels to suit the new proposed layouts including new external insulation at the front and back of the house. 5. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
