4. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Division requirements: (ii) Prior to commencement of development, plans illustrating the following design amendments shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority: (iii) The width of the front vehicular entrance shall be reduced to facilitate safe access / egress for 1no. car only. (iv) The front courtyard shall be landscaped or otherwise treated to facilitate access and parking for 1no. parked car (clear area of at least 3m width and 5m length) only.
