3. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments; a) The roof over the first floor rear extension (bedroom 2) shall be amended to provide for either a flat roof or a hipped roof, designed so as to sit behind the main roof of the house and not to be visible from the public street in front of the house. The floor to ceiling height of the first floor shall not exceed 2.4 metres in height. b) The window to the rear at first floor level (bedroom 2) shall be reduced in width to no more than 2 metres wide) and pulled back from the boundary with number 281 Mourne Road. c) The first floor gable elevation window to the utility room shall be either omitted or alternatively replaced by a high-level window only fitted with obscure glazing.
