Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for the development of existing terrace dwelling at No.33 St. Lawrence Road, Clontarf, D03EY48 a Protected Structure, RPS Ref. 7612 by Thomas Byrne & Andrew Martin. The development will consist of the following principal elements: 1. Construction of a single storey rear extensions with a flat roof, including 2 No. roof lights. 2. Erection of a single storey link extension to the utility with a pitched roof and roof light. 3. Conversion of the attic space into a study, with new access stair and installation of 4 No. conservation velux windows to the rear. 4.
