Description

EXPP: Applying for the installation of a Steeltech shed in the rear yard of the Old Fire Station, 190A Rathmines Road Lower, Dublin 6. The shed will be: • Temporary, It can be fully removed in the future if required. • Single storey. • 10m x 3m in size (2.5m in height at its highest point). • The structure will serve as storage and studio space in line with our Dublin City Council lease. • The proposed works are entirely confined to the rear yard, which is not visible from the public road and forms no part of the protected architectural fabric. • The shed will cause no hindrance to access, operations, or neighbouring properties.
