Description

Brian McCloskey & Susan McCloskey intend to apply for permission for development consisting of refurbishment and extension works at 2 Ailesbury Grove, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 D04 R3P3 The proposed development will include: 1. Part removal of single storey kitchen/storage area to the north west (rear) of the property and the construction of a new two storey /part single storey extension to the north and east facing elevations comprising new kitchen dining space, family room/laundry/plant room at ground level together with new master bedroom/dressing room/ensuite and 5th bedroom with ensuite at first floor level with new hipped tile finished roof. 2.
