Description

(i) The refurbishment and energy upgrade of Mornington Lodge (1A Ashfield Road); (ii) the integration of Mornington Lodge, 1A Ashfield Road with Mornington Mews, 1B Ashfield Road, to create an independent high quality dwelling (iii) single storey extension by 58 sq.m. of the existing single storey (Mornington Mews) structure to the rear of the dwelling (currently consisting kitchen/living accommodation, a single car space garage and storage shed) to incorporate a dining room, living room, home office/gym and a single car space garage; (iii) a two storey extension to the rear of the dwelling (13 sq.m.) to provide 2 no. en-suite bedrooms in lieu of existing bedrooms; (iv) increase in height of existing single storey structure by 370mm (from 2651mm to 3021mm) for the provision of a non-accessible sedum (green) SUDS roof; (v) the provision of a granite finish and a new set-back window to existing single-storey façade to Mornington Road and the setting back and widening of the existing garage door/vehicular entrance; and, (vii) all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
