4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall provide a detail plan of the bicycle parking area which complies with the recommended aisle widths, floor to ceiling heights, entrance widths, bicycle parking bays dimensions, and sheffield stands all in accordance with Section 3.0 of the Dublin City Development Plan, Section 6 ‘Cycle Parking’ in particular Table 6.1 ‘layout dimensions for simple cycle stands’ and in the context of Section 2.3 ‘Types of Cycle Vehicles’ of the Cycle Design Manual, September 2023 or any superseding document.
