3. The following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: iii. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. Where infiltration measures are proposed, a suitable infiltration assessment, including geotechnical test results should be submitted to demonstrate the proposed measures will function as intended. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
