For a two-year temporary display of third-party commercial advertising (c. 24700mm x c. 9100mm) and artwork (c. 10700mm x c. 10500mm) at the Wellington Quay elevation of both Clarence Hotel (Protected Structure) and Dollard House (Protected Structure), to be placed on the construction scaffolding screen associated with the construction phase of development consented under DCC Reg.
