5. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: c) The Developer’s submission includes the proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. Where infiltration measures are proposed, a suitable infiltration assessment, including geotechnical test results should be submitted to demonstrate the proposed measures will function as intended. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
