Description

The development will consist of: (i) demolition of existing front dormer window, chimney, rear extensions and outbuildings; (ii) construction of single storey flat roof extension to rear (north); (iii) construction of new 5.6m wide dormer window to the front at attic level; (iv) new attic staircase access, new rooflights to the rear and sides, new windows, internal modifications, landscaping, SUDS drainage and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
