3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The proposed dormer formed in pressed metal finish to the front of the structure shall be omitted and the original roof profile shall be maintained. b) The proposed opaque glazing to the hatch door shall be omitted and this window shall be glazed with clear glass. c) The proposed window/door set to the former garage-style opening should be revised. The applicant should note that both the door and windows should not open out onto the laneway. d) The proposed ground floor window and wc arrangement to the rear shall be revised so that this ope is entirely glazed e) All the proposed rainwater goods shall be cast iron. f) The proposed windows are to be revised and high quality timber units are to be provided to all openings. These should be carefully detailed to ensure that timber elements are as slender and neat as possible within the openings. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for written agreement of the planning authority, revised drawings and particulars complying with these requirements.
