7. The following Parks and Biodiversity requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: (v) The developer will retain the professional services of a qualified Landscape Architect throughout the life of the site development works and their appointment shall be notified to the planning authority prior to commencement of the works. The landscape scheme shall be revised to include: (a) Biodiverse green roofs.
