Description

Planing Permission & Retention: The developments consists of (a) the demolition of a chimney stack at rear, demolition of part ground floor and first floor areas of house and an external store/shed, (b) the construction of an extension at rear and side of house. This extension will be partly single storey and partly two storeys, (c) to convert attic space and alter roof for use as ancillary domestic accommodation and storage areas with two velux rooflights at rear (south elevation). The existing hipped roof to be extended to form a gable roof, (d) planning retention for alterations to widen vehicular access from Collins Avenue to 3 meters wide, (e) internal alterations to house at ground and first floor levels and all associated site works.
