Description

3. The following requirements shall apply to the retail unit: a) Prior to the occupation of the retail unit, finalised service details, as well as details of any proposed signage to be applied to the elevations of the respective buildings, including details of the materials, colour, lettering and depth of the signage, shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. b) Prior to the occupation of the retail unit, the area for the sale or display of alcohol products and the area for the café or deli, shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority.
