2. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, to show the following amendments, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The internal floor to ceiling height of the shed/garden room shall be reduced from 2.7 metres high to 2.4metres high, with an overall reduction of 300mm externally. The Pergola shall also be reduced in height by c 300mm, to match the height of the garden room
