2. The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: (iii) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per drawing 1447-PP-03 by Tom Duffy Architects. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
