4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer; ii. During the course of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority: e. A Conservation Architect's methodology for the appropriate protection of all extant historic buildings and boundaries to the proposed site from any damage caused by the proposed site activities.
