8. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: i) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The SuDS proposals described in the Barrett Mahony Civil Engineering Infrastructure Report, dated September 2020, shall be implemented in full. Any changes shall be agreed with the Drainage Division. Full details of the surface water management plan shall be confirmed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
