2. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division: b. Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i. A methodology for any necessary repairs to joinery, ii. A methodology for the proposed removal of paint from over-painted plasterwork and joinery.
