PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development of a single storey mews building within the rear garden of the property at mulberry, 27 Ailesbury Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 D04V2H6 ( a protected structure ), the proposed mews development will include: 1. The construction of a new single - storey mews building within the rear garden to accommodate a garden store and home gym. 2. The mews will be constructed using materials to match the existing house, including matching brickwork and selected copper roof, consistent with the finish of the existing house extension, to ensure architectural integration and minimal visual impact. Works will also include widening of existing door opening at rear boundary to 2.7m width onto Ailesbury Wood.
