4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer; ii. During the course of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority: a. A detailed drawn and photographic survey of the extant structures to be demolished shall be prepared and provided to the Planning Authority for their written agreement in advance of demolition works commencing.
