Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Proposed investigative / opening-up & maintenance works to include: opening-up of internal building fabric for inspection including walls, floors and ceilings in selected locations at ground 1st and 2nd floor levels. All locations are to be reinstated following design team inspections. Maintenance works to be carried out to roof, gutters and downpipe. Trial borehole to be drilled in rear garden to explore feasibly of geothermal renewable heating system.
