Description

The proposed development comprises a change of use of the permitted Retail Unit No. 4 (213 sq.m) from its permitted retail use (as granted under DCC Ref. 4801/23) to Café / Juice bar use. In addition, permission is sought for the shared use of the permitted waste storage / management room at basement level to serve the proposed restaurant. All works required to facilitate the proposed change of use comprise solely of internal alterations and will not result in any external alterations to the existing / permitted building.
