7. The developer shall comply with the requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The applicant shall consider revising proposed rainwater butts to rainwater planters. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
