5. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: f) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as submitted. Full details of surface water management plans shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
