7. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority as follows: c) The following details shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of fabrication of each item noted below: iii. The small timber sash 4-over-4 sash window to the north elevation and projecting sill shall be retained, repaired and refurbished in accordance with best conservation practice. If it is demonstrated to be beyond repair, it shall be replaced to match existing - a 1:20 drawing and 1:10 profile detail shall be submitted. Plant-on glazing bars are not acceptable. Front-on photograph and revised drawings of the existing timber door and confirmation of its provenance, and 1:20 drawing of the proposed new timber door and fanlight, if the head height of the existing door opening is unacceptable and the door is not of significance iv. The Developer shall submit a front-on photograph and 1:20 drawings of the existing central door opening to the west elevation flanked on either side by small 6-pane windows and a justification for its replacement.
