This application is an amendment to the previously granted application 3806/21 where 2 dwellings were granted permission. This application is solely for 185B. A separate application is to be submitted for 185A. The proposed new dwelling is to be independent of the existing dwelling at 185 and built beside the proposed 185A. Works include the provision of covered bin/bike storage to the side of new dwelling and 1 no. car-parking spaces on shared surface as well as widening of existing vehicular access along with all landscaping and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
