8. The following requirements of the Environmental Health Officer shall be complied with: a) Construction & Demolition phase: i. Noise, vibration and air pollution mitigation measures: The developer must adhere to Dublin City Council’s Construction and Demolition Good Practice Guide for Construction Sites for mitigation measures regarding air, noise and vibration pollution throughout the duration of the works and the company / contractor must make reference to this document in their construction management plan. Once the Construction Management Plan has been completed, it shall be submitted to the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit for written approval before the works commence.
