2. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: a) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit a detailed method statement and drawing details for the removal of historic fabric and the making good of newly exposed terminating ends of strings, iron balustrades, handrails and the joint at the parquet flooring.
