2. The developer shall submit full details, including revised plans, drawings and particulars, showing the following amendments, and shall receive the written agreement of the planning authority prior to commencement of development: a) The first floor windows shall be revised to have a cill height equivalent to that of the main house. b) Window finishes shall not be upvc. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
