Description

2. The development shall be revised, as follows: (a) The windows on the ground, first and second floor of the front elevation shall be 6 over 6 sash windows (b) The windows on the rear elevation, which provide light to the fire escape stairwell, shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass. (c) The solar panels on the rear elevation shall be omitted. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
