Description

4. Prior to commencement of development the applicants shall submit a revised landscaping plan for written agreement of the Planning Authority. The revised plan shall include an increased amount of soft landscaping around the site, in particular to the front of the property by the main entrance steps. The applicant should also consider the use of natural stone rather than syntheitc/fabricated permeable paving materials. Reason: To protected the visual amenity and character of the area.
