Description

The development will consist of a change of use of the habitable house to a childcare facility. The proposed development includes the demolition of c. 17.2 sq m of the existing house and construction of an extension of c. 138 sqm extension to the south of the property to facilitate use as a childcare facility, bringing the total proposed floor area to 183.6 sq m. The development will include the provision of internal circulation areas and all ancillary staff and childcare facilities and staff offices; plant; green roof; boundary treatments and landscaping; signage; ancillary play area and all associated site works above and below ground. (A separate planning application will be lodged with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council in relation to the adjoining lands to the east, where access and servicing arrangements will be provided.
