10. The following requirements of Transportation Planning Division shall be fully complied with: a) Full details of all works to the public road and the public realm, including the detailed design of the junction at Old County Road including materials, line markings, street lighting and drainage shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Materials shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. Works to the public road and the public realm shall be carried out at the applicant/developer’s expense.
