3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: (b) The proposed works shall be designed to retain as much as possible of the original fabric of the building, such as the main staircase within the former Player Wills Factory to be retained if feasible and that all repairs and enhancements are executed in accordance with best conservation practice and guidance. Revised reports, plans and particulars showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
