5. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The ensuite bathroom is to be omitted from the dwelling and incorporated into the main bedroom accommodation unless an alternative acceptable first floor layout is provided b) The attic dormer is to have a maximum width of 4.5m and shall be centred in the roof plane. c) Boundary walls to the front of the dwelling shall have a maximum height of 1.2m and the walls to the rea of the dwelling shall be to a maximum of 2m. A revised layout and elevations shall be submitted for agreement. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:-
