2. The following requirements of the Transportation Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: a) Within three months of the grant of permission, the applicant shall submit updated site plan drawings for written agreement with the Planning Authority demonstrating the following amendments: i. The vehicular entrance shall be modified to extend from the south to a maximum width of 2.8metres, to ensure adequate separation from the existing lighting pole for cars manoeuvring at this location. ii. The pedestrian and vehicular entrances shall not be amalgamated as a single entrance with a pillar permanently retained between the entrances whether exempted development or not. iii. No gates shall have outward openings. The vehicular entrance shall be constructed and operate in accordance with the details agreed under this Condition. Reason: In the interests of pedestrian and traffic safety.
