Flaxview Limited intend to apply for permission for development at this c. 0.07 ha site, Cranford Lodge, No. 188 Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4. The development will consist of a change of use of the habitable house to a childcare facility. The proposed development includes the demolition of c. 17.2 sq m of the existing house and construction of an extension of c. 138 sqm extension to the south of the property to facilitate use as a childcare facility, bringing the total proposed floor area to 183.6 sq m.
