Description
2. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit for written agreement of the Planning Authority a revised site plan drawing demonstrating the following changes: i. The maximum number of car parking spaces on site shall be 15 inclusive of 4 accessible spaces. ii. All standard perpendicular car parking spaces have a minimum width of 2.5m, allowing users to access/egress parked cars. The details set out in the revised layout agreed under this condition shall be implemented prior to occupation.
